Service Description
This free 30-minute discovery call is a confidential, no-obligation conversation to explore what you would like to change and whether Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP Coaching may be suitable for your needs. During the call, we will discuss: • The challenge you are experiencing and how it is affecting you • What you would like to achieve • The approach I may recommend • Any questions you have about hypnosis, NLP or the session process The discovery call is held online. Please join from a quiet, private place where you will not be interrupted. If we agree that working together is appropriate, I will explain the recommended next steps based on your goals and individual needs. This may involve an individual session or a structured programme of sessions. The discovery call itself is not a therapy session, and there is no obligation to book. Sessions can be online via Zoom, so please ensure you can access Zoom from your PC or phone (it's free!). Please ensure you are in a quiet place and will not be disturbed during the session. Cancellation Policy
If your session is paid, you will receive an email with your invoice and secure payment link. Please note that all paid sessions must be prepaid, and your appointment is confirmed only once payment is received. If your session is free or complimentary, no invoice or payment is required. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled session from your account's manage bookings section. To cancel within 24 hours, please email us at info@hmcy.org. If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited unless you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
